Ziyuan Yue (“Zi”) is a media/classical composer and orchestrator currently based in Los Angeles. She graduated from the USC Screen Scoring Program and studied under renowned composers and orchestrator such as Pete Anthony, Lolita Ritmanis, Christopher Young. She has the opportunities to conduct her own music with 63-piece orchestra at Warner Bros. Studios, Evergreen Studios, The Village Studios, etc.

Her credits include music for the internationally recognized video games CrossFire and League of Legends, documentary productions broadcast by Beijing TV, and orchestration work for the Chinese musical I Want You. Her work has also been featured in major museum exhibitions at MGM Macau and the Palace Museum, bringing music to immersive cultural and artistic experiences.

In the concert music field, Ziyuan's works have been performed by the Guangzhou Symphony Orchestra, Lingnan Choir, and Loadbang Quartet. She won second prize in the XIX DONNE IN MUSICA 2022 composition competition, was a finalist in the International Electronic Music Competition (IEMC) screen scoring category 2023, and received the outstanding work prize in the university category in the collection of compositions for the 2021 Asian Youth Games.

As an orchestrator, Ziyuan has collaborated with two-time Emmy Award-winning composer Nathan Wang . Her orchestration credits include the feature film Our Space, the internationally acclaimed video game Genshin Impact and projects presented at the Shanghai International Film Festival. She has also created choral and wind ensemble arrangements for cultural performances organized by governmental institutions in Guangzhou.
