Biography

Jasperina van Stuijvenberg is a film composer, singer-songwriter, producer, arranger and advocate from Napa CA. She draws inspiration from her real life experiences and prioritizes authenticity and creativity in every project she does. Raised on the sounds of opera, classical, musical theatre, classic rock, traditional folk and EDM music, she prides herself on her diverse music taste and creative narratives she draws from. She grew up playing piano and singing and was drawn to the bassoon in middle school which spun her down the road to film composing. She now attends Berklee College of Music, majoring in Film Scoring and Contemporary Writing and Production. As a senior she is very involved in the Boston Music Scene and collaboration, creating her own non-profit charity concert series (Cozy Concertz) and being a part of various ensembles. She has previous credits as a composer including Paris College of Art/Emerson Thesis Film “Tiny Tale” 2025 by Sadie Sweitzer.
