Sally Potter has been composing music for her films since her Oscar-nominated ORLANDO in 1992, sometimes in collaboration with others, sometimes curating or producing. Her soundtrack albums have been released on major labels, including Sony Classical and Deutsche Grammaphon. Listen to some of her music for films here.
During the pandemic, with film production stalled, Sally returned to her roots as a singer-songwriter. In July 2023 she released her debut album PINK BIKINI, a series of semi-autobiographical songs about growing up female in 1960s London.
ANATOMY will be her second album, continuing her collaboration with award-winning producer Marta Salogni and bringing a distinctive shift in both musical style and lyrical content.
