Izzy Estes is a yoga instructor, musician, and meditation guide from Phoenix, Arizona. She earned her yoga teaching certificate in 2023 and has been sharing her practice ever since.

Currently based in Valencia, Spain, Izzy recently completed her master’s studies in sound design and production at Berklee College of Music, where her thesis explores the healing potential of frequency and its integration into meditation and electronic music.

Her work blends a love of music with a deep curiosity for mindfulness, creating meditations that are both grounding and immersive. Izzy is continuing her training in sound healing and meditation coaching, with the intention of helping others connect more deeply to presence, balance, and inner calm through sound.
