Biography

Nashville based cellist, Andrew Dunn regularly performs onstage with the Nashville and Atlanta Symphony orchestras, and records music in studios all over the area. As the CEO of the company, Eikonic Creatives LLC, he organizes live recording sessions of all sizes. Andrew also works regularly with Nashville Music Scoring, the Nashville Recording Orchestra and Nashville String Machine.

At Ocean Way Studio, he has recorded cello solos for numerous major movie and video game projects, including Destiny 2, Kerbal Space Program 2, John Wick 4, The Biggest Story. At his home studio, notable projects he has worked on include Moonglow Bay, Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp, Astral Ascent, Lifeless Moon.

As an arranger, Andrew won 1st prize in the Best Arrangement category at the GANG Remix awards of 2021 for his arrangement of Sacrifice Part Three, from "Trials of Mana." Under the moniker, Israfelcello, he has released two albums and numerous singles with pianist and fellow YouTuber, PurpleSchala.

Before moving to Nashville, Andrew was the assistant principal cellist of the Alabama Symphony. He holds a Bachelor of Music from the Cleveland Institute of Music and a Master of Music from Rice University.
