As a multi-instrumentalist Finch has been fortunate enough to play as a sideman with artists such as; Alan Cumming, Serj Tankian, Amanda Palmer, Dee Snider, Tony Bennett, Kylie Minogue, Justin Vivian Bond and many others. As an actor/musician Finch is the go-to onstage fiddler in the world of theater and has appeared in several national and international tours, on Broadway with Cabaret and in London’s West End with Woody Sez. Additionally, he’s acted/played in more than fifty productions at Regional Theaters across the country.
He played chromatic harmonica as the Mock Turtle with the BBC Symphony Orchestra in the opera Alice In Wonderland at the Barbican Concert Hall – reprising his role from the L.A. Philharmonic’s production at the Walt Disney Concert Hall.
He toured with Dee Snider’s Van Helsing’s Curse as a member of Mark Wood’s Nest of Vipers and most recently he can be seen playing violin on HBO’s Last Week Tonight with John Oliver in a epic skit starring Will Ferrell. You can catch him on the PBS special Alan Cumming: Sings Sappy Songs and as a studio musician has played fiddle, harmonica, mandolin, banjo and pedal steel guitar on more than two dozen albums. Mike Stachnik (Stack) is a percussionist in Central New York performing and recording varying idioms of orchestral and world percussion in addition to drum set.
For the past 30 years he has had a career as a public school teacher as a band director. During 21 of those years, he was the head marching band director at his alma mater high school in Syracuse NY. Over his tenure, the band won 11 state titles and one National title. Stack has written for and taught various public school marching percussion sections as well as collegiate and drum & bugle corps programs. He received his undergraduate degree at Kent State University where he studied with world renown percussionist and marimba virtuoso Michael Burritt. In 1991 under Burritt’s direction, he and the KSU Percussion Ensemble performed at the Percussive Arts Society International Convention in Anaheim CA. Stack is still currently teaching band and percussion lessons while performing, writing and recording music with David Finch and Home Cookin’ Production Music company.
Spiff was born in Kentucky with 2 thumbs on his right hand and plays over 20 instruments. Jimmy Fallon and Brad Pitt lip-synced to his yodeling, he played accordion on John Oliver, and was once a mark on TV’s What Would You Do? He did the right thing.

Her professional career began touring internationally with Broadway shows and performing on Broadway covering the role of Sally Bowles in the hit rival of Cabaret. Lori has been fortunate to perform as a vocalist with various artists including Art Garfunkel, Justin Bond and QUEEN.
As a studio vocalist, Lori works with a wide range of music genres from Bluegrass, Rock, Pop to Hip Hop. You can hear her background vocals on numerous albums including KILLER QUEEN: Tribute to QUEEN by Hollywood Records, and COCOON: Jeff Tuohy-Billboard Award winning artist.
Not only does Lori love to sing and make music, she is also a certified Pilates Instructor.
Lori actively performs on stage with many bands and creates authentic tracks in the studio.
