Biography
Benjamin Kamphaus composes music that teleports you to other worlds. His music is otherworldly and evocative, at times wistful and melancholy, and at others meditative, ranging in intensity from ambient to epic. He develops unique sonic worlds from a variety of sound palettes, drawing from synthesizer heavy space music, cinematic dark ambient, ethereal post-rock, hybrid orchestral, his own field recordings, and much more.
He has provided production music to @apmmusic and had placements in series, films, and video games, including Russian Doll, NOVA, Game Changers, This Place Rules, Trafficked with Mariana Van Zeller, The Tailor of Sin City, and Saints Row (2022), as well ad campaigns for Severance and Kia.
