Renee Bruell is a dedicated, multi-instrumentalist based in Toronto and Boston. A graduate of Berklee College of Music's Screen Scoring program, she performs as a saxophonist specializing in Jazz and Latin music, however she primarily focuses her time on composing original music for films and advertisements. Renee has built a distinctive presence in the industry by consistently seeking out meaningful creative opportunities. Her work spans short films, documentaries, and promotional projects.

Renee specializes in creating immersive soundscapes that elevate a film, using a carefully chosen sound palette to enhance the audience's experience. She believes that building a unique sound world for a project adds depth, with the selection of instruments being just as important as how they're used. Renee is skilled in both orchestral and hybrid scoring, and loves collaborating closely with her clients to blend their vision with her own, resulting in a final product everyone loves.
