Biography

Lindsay Dievert is a New York based composer for film, TV, ads, and much more. Lindsay began her musical training at a young age studying classical and jazz piano.  Lindsay is currently attending New York University’s undergraduate screen-scoring program. Recently, Lindsay was presented an award for her original score for the short film Seasons directed by Ren Child at the First Run Film Festival. Lindsay has worked on music for student films from the Tisch School and the Carter School of Journalism. Her work has appeared in several film festivals. Lindsay has studied with composers  John Kaefer, Alba.S.Torremocha, and Mandy Hoffman. In addition, Lindsay has written a paper that has been selected for the Music and Moving Image Conference. She is also the Vice President of NYU’s Composer’s Collective and organizes several concerts for the program.
