Biography
Yong Tan is a Malaysian film composer, concert composer, and producer.
As a film composer and producer, his music can be heard in movies, advertisements, and TV on major platforms such as Netflix and Disney+. He has written additional music for a number of feature films. He has scored more than 30 short films, which have been featured in numerous international film festivals, including the LA Asian Pacific Film Festival, NFFTY, NY Shorts International Film Festival, Malaysia International Film Festival, and more. Some of which have won awards, including Student Academy Award, Best Narrative Jury Award at NFFTY, and Award of Recognition at IndieFEST Film.
