His musical journey began at just four years old, when he started studying piano with the hopes of becoming a concert pianist. Over time, Ilario's passion for storytelling through music led him to the world of composition, where his unique blend of classical, cinematic, and contemporary influences captivates audiences.

Ilario has composed original scores for numerous projects, including the award-winning film Ayaneh (2019), which qualified for Academy Award submission, and the documentary Maximilian (2016), which earned the PRIX DU CINEMA SUISSE award and premiered on German TV channel 3SAT. He also contributed to the dystopian game War Fantasy, where his music enhances the eerie, immersive atmosphere, and is currently composing for The Fabled, a game known for its innovative sound and multi-phase boss fights. Additionally, Ilario has written main menu themes for several games, showcasing his versatility in game music composition.

His work in the music production realm has led to collaborations with rising artists, most notably with Toronto-based artist Rohan, with whom he’s amassed over 7 million streams. In the realm of trailer music, Ilario has pitched to several high-profile projects and successfully landed a placement in the Devs (2020) official trailer, showcasing his ability to craft compelling music for diverse formats.
