Biography

My name is Nick Venuti and I started my adventure into music as a kid with an innate desire to hit things with sticks, and a drum pad.  As I grew as a person and as a percussionist, I also grew interest in the process of music production and composition. More precisely, I grew interest in why and how it all works and comes together. A huge part of my early musical life was dedicated to analyzing music I personally loved, making my own mini compositions/arrangements, as well as participating in various school and extracurricular ensembles. Eventually I auditioned and got accepted into Berklee College of Music. During my time there, I had the great opportunity to study under accomplished professionals who guided me to hone my skills in production, arranging, composition. I graduated with a Bachelors in Music for Contemporary Writing & Production in 2023, and continue to write, produce, and hit stuff with sticks (when the music calls for it of course).

My goal as a musician is not what I'd consider unique, but it is my intention for the work I produce to contribute to creating a world or environment that is capable of moving an audience, and fueling their imagination, even if it is just one small part of many.  Music has always been there for me in this regard, so I think it's only fair I try to return the favor.
