Michael Sutherland is an American composer based in Los Angeles, whose dynamic style sits at the intersection of deeply emotional composition and cutting-edge production. He works across film, television, and games, with a strong focus on storytelling through music.
His credits as a composer include director Keisuke Sakuma’s film Funny, the Amazon Prime comedy series Parallel, the Chinese SRPG Ultragirl Alters, and games such as Palette Splash, Word Mayhem, and Midnight Street. As an assistant, he has worked on major productions including the Netflix film The Gray Man and the Disney film Strange World.
