A few words about my craft :

I specialize in musical storytelling. In every project I undertake, I strive to make music more than just a background element. Music should carry emotion, communicate meaning, and speak to the audience as powerfully as the visuals and dialogue.

Music is a unique narrative tool. It has the ability to elevate a story and, at times, convey more than any other artistic discipline involved in the project. Whether through the use of leitmotifs, thematic development, harmonic language, or instrumental choices, every creative decision is guided by a single objective: to tell a story. The music should become an integral part of the narrative, carefully crafted to enhance the exact moment in which it is heard.

As an example of my approach, I created a small musical universe inspired by Light of a Disease, the thesis project of concept artist Emma Le Gagne, whom I discovered earlier this year on Instagram. I was immediately captivated by the richness of her world and decided to use her artwork as visual inspiration for a series of compositions designed to fit her universe.

Because the project was presented as a video game concept, I approached it as if I were composing a complete game soundtrack. The result includes a Main Theme, an opening-level track (Level 1), a dark town theme (You're Not Welcome) intended to accompany an unsettling settlement filled with strange inhabitants and an atmosphere of suspicious calm, and finally a battle theme.

The goal of this project was to create a cohesive musical identity across several tracks, reflecting the variety and narrative functions typically found in a video game score. Through recurring musical ideas, thematic connections, and distinct emotional landscapes, each piece contributes to a larger sonic world while serving its own unique purpose within the story.

Biography

I started my musical journey as a bass player. I fell deeply in love with the power of this instrument, shaken by every note that flowed through my body. Influenced by great players like Flea, Marcus Miller or Joe Dart I was moved by funky lines and deep grooves. Some years passed, and after playing Outer Wilds and crying to Andrew Prahlow's Soundtrack, I wanted to understand how just a few notes could carry so much emotion. That’s what led me to start composing. After studying Music for Film and Video Games at Yamaha Music School in Valencia, I decided to fully commit myself to this incredible journey that is video game and film scoring. As for my most recent projects, I had the pleasure to work on the soundtrack for the game Residual Wilds, by Magic Art Hat Studio that came out on Steam earlier this year.
