At La Masia Studios, we view the soundtrack as a dialectical process—a handcrafted work tailored in close collaboration with the director.
We offer musical creative direction that oversees the entire sound storytelling, supporting creators and producers throughout the journey to optimize the final result.
Our studio, located on the outskirts of Barcelona and surrounded by nature, serves as a vital centerpiece of this creative journey, equipped with stereo, surround, and Dolby Atmos (7.1.4) monitoring systems powered by FOCAL Professional Speakers. To ensure constant communication during the creative stages, our studios offer a real-time latency-free connection to directors and creative teams around the globe.
With Javier Bayon and Georgina L. Wolkowicz as the main composers, our team has collaborated with prominent production companies such as HBO, Lucasfilm, Netflix, and RTVE, among others. Additionally, we have been nominated for and awarded several prestigious prizes.
We have composed original music for titles such as 'El Inocente' (Netflix), 'Te quiero, Imbécil' (Filmax), 'The Clone Wars' (Lucasfilm), 'Dorien' (RTVE), '11-11-11' (Epic Pictures), 'Welcome to Acapulco' (Entertainment One), and 'Les de l'Hoquei' (TV3).
