Music’s been a part of my life forever, even though for the longest time I didn’t give it the attention it deserved. Then it hit me that it’s more than just sound: music is a miracle, hope, freedom, beauty, a journey, a message, a spark, calm, color, power, connection. It pushes us to be more, bringing us closer to our truest, most honest selves.

I remember leaving the cinema as a kid, speechless. While my friends talked about the movie, I was still caught up in what I had felt because of the music. I truly believe music is the most powerful emotional transmitter any story can have. That’s why it deserves to be treated with care and devotion.

Today I throw all my energy into carving out a path in music for audiovisual media, in other words, the world of people who tell stories through music. Rather than put a label on myself, I’d rather you get to know me by listening to what I compose. Because that’s where everything I have to say is.
