For Your Grammy® Consideration

A heartfelt, high-voltage reminder that swing isn’t just alive—it’s thriving.

Keep On Movin’ ” is a salute to the music that began Jeff Meegan and David Tobin’s collaboration 15 years ago. It is truly their favorite kind of songwriting and producing: Catchy melodies and lyrics encased in vintage big band swagger!

The idea was to create an album bursting with positive energy; a reflection of what makes them tick. Each tune feels like something you’ve heard a million times, but have never heard before. Songs like “Who’d Have Believed”, “On Top Of The World”, and “No Getting Over You” set the wheels in motion and the party is off and running. You’re immediately transported back to a time where Ella Fitzgerald is playing in the club down the street, and Frank Sinatra’s in town on Friday.

“Keep On Movin” is a reflection of Meegan and Tobin’s love of the Great American Songbook and a tribute to an amazing time in musical history. The album is packed full of original takes on classic vibes, which recreate the energy of a long lost big band record.

Crafted by an all-star line up of big band orchestrators, (Callum Au, Martin Williams, Charley Harrison) as well as some of the finest musicians on the planet, “Keep On Movin” blew the doors off of Abbey Road Studios in September 2024. The energy of that day and the incredible artists involved in the making of this record is palpable. You will find yourself smiling, tapping your toes, and looking to quench “The Thirst”.

Don’t fight the urge to “Keep on Movin”… get up and “Dance”!

The energy leaps out of the speakers and dares you to stay in your seat.

About Jeff Meegan

Jeff Meegan is an Emmy-winning singer/songwriter, composer and producer based in Chicago, IL. Since discovering a 4 track recorder at the age of 16, he’s been writing and producing music in a myriad genres, exploring a creative wave that never seems to reach the shore. It’s not one thing that keeps Jeff inspired, it's most things. Born into a family of musicians, from a young age the music in his house was seeping into his sensibilities. Classical, jazz, showtunes and all the hits of the 1970’s established a musical foundation that continues to inspire and evolve. The invention of the home studio and using his voice as an instrument allowed him to capture the musical creations that he heard in his head. By the 1990s, he was writing and recording songs for daytime dramas, kickstarting  his journey crafting music for film and television. Since then he has had music in countless network and streaming shows as well as Feature Documentaries and films.  To date he has over 60 commercial releases and the passion that sparked his creations of lilting melodies, artful lyrics and head-bopping grooves on his 4 track still drives him today.

Jeff Meegan won a 2022 Daytime Emmy for Best Original Song.
