

Zev Burrows is a composer and lyricist for stage and screen. His latest film work includes scores for the award-winning and nominated films "Guilty Pleasures", "The Nook", and "Maybe Tomorrow", produced by the Toronto-based media company Lumida Productions. He received his Bachelor of Music from Berklee College of Music in 2015, and has composed the scores for many award-winning projects. In 2020 he provided additional music and orchestrations for the Academy Award-qualifying documentary "Sky Blossom", directed by MSNBC news anchor Richard Lui. Currently he is composing the score for a new musical, and has written music for numerous theatrical productions across New York City, where he has resided since 2016. Through numerous production music libraries, his compositions are heard regularly on cable network programs such as Dateline NBC, ABC 20/20, NBC Today, and On the Case With Paula Zahn. An avid guitarist, Zev also plays mandolin, drums, piano, bass guitar, and djembe.
