About Jessie Jing
Jessie Jing is a composer, music producer and jazz pianist who has a unique personal style and a distinct aesthetics.
She is now a junior at Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins, majoring in music for new media.
Her music features a dynamic mixture of nu-jazz, neo-soul, downtempo, and electronic elements, with her psychedelic feels and soulful melodies deeply rooted in the improvisational spirit of jazz. She was classically trained, and now playing jazz piano/keyboard mostly in different bands. She is passionate about experimenting with unique sonic landscape and exploring different possibilities in her music, never limited by styles.
