Biography

Matt Farr is a composer, songwriter, and performer with a rich musical background rooted in the shores of South Florida. Writing full songs by the age of 12, he honed his craft at Berklee College of Music and the University of Miami, studying composition, studio music, arranging, orchestration, and jazz vocal performance. Over the years, Matt has led and performed with numerous ensembles, collaborating with a diverse array of artists.

In 2010, he released a self-titled solo album. The album received positive reviews and was supported by an East Coast North America tour in 2012. Matt has performed with and/or shared the stage with renowned acts such as The Family Stone, Five For Fighting, Shaggy, Jason Newsted, Pat Travers, Ryan Montbleau, and The New Orleans Suspects.

 Matt continues to craft evocative and engaging compositions. He is currently pursuing work in the film and television industry, bringing his unique musical voice to new storytelling mediums.
