Callum Hoskin is a UK-based composer for film, television and visual media, specialising in orchestral-electronic hybrid scoring.
Combining expressive orchestral writing with contemporary electronic textures, Callum’s work is shaped by a deep interest in the relationship between composition, performance and music technology. His skillset includes orchestral mockups, MIDI programming, Cubase template development, scoring workflow optimisation, Vienna Ensemble Pro and synth programming.
Callum has contributed original production music through Engrave Production Music and written accepted catalogue material for a leading production music company.
Having begun piano at age 10, Callum quickly developed an interest in writing music and discovering how technology could enhance the creative process. He later earned Grade 8 Piano with Distinction before studying Film Music at Leeds Conservatoire, graduating with First-Class Honours.
