With an extensive 25-year tenure in the entertainment industry, Gilde has become a notable figure in the realm of audio and visual media.

Starting out as a self-taught multi-instrumentalist, Gilde embarked on his career as a touring musician at a young age. He then transitioned into the role of a chief sound engineer before discovering his true passion as a composer and producer. His remarkable portfolio boasts a rich array of contributions, scoring music for numerous TV shows, films, video games, advertisements, and trailer campaigns, even earning recognition for scoring an HBO Max series.

Beyond his production and composition endeavors, Gilde plays an active role in the Recording Academy, serving on three important committees: the Education Committee, the Songwriters and Composers Committee, and the Visual Media Committee. In these roles, he works passionately to support and elevate the careers of fellow music professionals. Gilde also dedicates his time as a mentor for the Recording Academy's "Grammy U" program, offering guidance and inspiration to the next generation of music creators.

Additionally, Gilde has engaged in notable collaborations, contributing to various projects with Hans Zimmer's prestigious production company, Bleeding Fingers. Gilde's talent has also captivated industry luminaries, including the legendary producer Timothy "Timbaland" Mosley, with whom he collaborates on numerous projects.  

As of  late 2023, Gilde has Founded and remains the  Principal composer for his production company,  "Paint the Noise LLC" and a music licensing company, "Sync the Noise LLC" where he works with a team of music composers, producers, songwriters, and artists, each with their unique accolades and career highlights to  broaden  his  musical reach.
