BEHIND THE SCENES
ABOUT THE COMPOSER
Stephen Rippy is an award-winning composer and multi-instrumentalist with nearly three decades of experience writing and recording original soundtracks for games.
Since 1997, Stephen has provided music for a wide variety of titles and platforms. Notable releases include the AGE OF EMPIRES series, AGE OF MYTHOLOGY, and HALO WARS, as well as genre classics CASTLEVILLE and DUNGEON BOSS .
From 2022 - 2025, Stephen served as Audio Director for Netflix Games, writing music for MONEY HEIST: ULTIMATE CHOICE and SQUID GAME: UNLEASHED.
Maintaining a separate body of work as a singer and songwriter, Stephen has independently released numerous full-length albums - most recently 2025's CLEAR AND A MILLION - and an instrumental EP (POINTS).
Stephen continues to work out of his studio and is likely thinking about getting started on his next record.
