Matthew Kang is a passionate and versatile musician with the goal of someday being one of the great storytellers through music. With his foundations lying in clarinet, his music is rooted in classical/jazz genres with a growing diversity of mixing digital synths to create soundscapes that aim to construct his own voice in painting a story. His right brain being his "favorite child", he is always finding ways to exercise it through music, digital art, film/theater productions, and photography. 

His collaborations with filmmakers and theater directors from esteemed institutions such as Columbia Univresity have showcased his music in various productions such as "Bacchae" and "Is God Is", where he has taken on key roles such as lead composer and sound designer.
