Laurentia Editha is a two-time Emmy®-nominated composer born and raised in Surabaya, Indonesia, with projects spanning film, television and streaming platforms.
In 2023, she earned a Daytime Emmy® Award nomination for Outstanding Original Music and Composition for her work on Netflix’s Island of the Sea Wolves. That same year, she collaborated with actress and director Mackenzie Davis (Blade Runner 2049, The Martian) on her directorial debut Women Of A Certain Age, which premiered at the 2023 Toronto International Film Festival.
Other credits include Disney+’s Growing Up Animal, Apple TV+’s HOME, Sky TV’s Islands, and Netflix’s Alien Worlds. Laurentia’s earlier contributions include Star Trek: Discovery, Altered Carbon, Professor Marston & The Wonder Women, Life Between the Waters, and content for digital creator MrBeast.
Laurentia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film Scoring from Berklee College of Music, having graduated in 2017.
